Jefferson Pep & Cheer

 

Our Jefferson Pep and Cheer program introduces students to the fundamentals of cheerleading while building confidence, teamwork, and school spirit. Participants learn basic motions, chants, routines, and have opportunities to perform at school events and competitions. Our program focuses on developing positive attitudes, encouraging participation, and helping students take pride in representing Jefferson Elementary.

Program Information

  • All 4th-6th graders can participate in Game, Competition, or Pep.
  • All 3rd graders can participate in Spirit.
  • Teams
    • Spirit Team - Introduction to cheerleading basics, skill development, participate in most events
    • Game Cheer Team- Introduction to fundamentals, building skills, participate in most events
    • Competition Cheer- More advanced cheer skills, will participate in all events
    • Competition Pep- More advanced dance skills, will participate in all events
  • Teams practice on Wednesdays (Game, Comp, Pep) / Thursday (Spirit)
    • Competition Cheer team in the cafeteria from 1:30-3:00pm 
    • Game Cheer and Competition Pep teams in the cafeteria from 3:15-4:30pm
    • Spirit team is in room P4 from 3:00-4:00pm

  • Spirit Team
