History Day

Advisor

Lauren Reid

Our History Day program empowers students to become historians by exploring topics of interest through research, analysis, and creative presentation. Students investigate historical events, individuals, and movements, developing critical thinking and research skills as they create projects such as exhibits, documentaries, performances, or papers. Through this process, students learn to make connections between the past and present while strengthening their communication and presentation abilities. History Day provides an opportunity for students to showcase their work and compete at local, state, and national levels, all while fostering a deeper appreciation for history.

Science Fair

Advisor

Jennifer Horne

Our Science Fair gives students the opportunity to explore their curiosity and think like scientists. Open to students in grades 4–6, this experience encourages hands-on investigation as students ask questions, design experiments, and analyze results to better understand the world around them. Participants build skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific communication as they present their findings. The Science Fair promotes creativity, innovation, and a love of discovery while providing students a chance to showcase their work to the school community.
